Returns & Refunds Policy

OUR RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns and Refunds Policy applicable for all purchases made by buyers/users from Zlata Pharma LLP on the website www.sambhog.co.in:

Orders applicable for cancellation/refund:

If Zlata Pharma LLP fails to ship the ordered products within 5-7 business days of receiving the order.
• If the buyer does not receive the ordered product(s) within 30 days of placing the order.
• If the shipping location/address is unserviceable, the order will get cancelled and be eligible for a refund.
• Note: The order amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days of applying a refund and the said order amount will be refunded in the buyer’s mode of payment.

Orders NOT applicable for cancellation/refund:

No returns/refunds will be entertained if a buyer wants to return the product stating that he/she doesn't like it after using the product or feels the product does not match his/her expectations.

Conditions for product replacements:

In case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged condition or beyond their expiry/use-by/best-before date.
• In case the product(s) received by the buyer are different from the one(s) order.
• In case a product is missing from the order.
• Note: In such cases, the buyer should inform Zlata Pharma LLP via an email to info@zlatapharma.in within 2 days of receiving the products and mention the order id/no. and attach pictures of the said products. Zlata Pharma LLP shall ship the replacement products within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of such an email with all necessary details. In case of unavailability of replacement products, Zlata Pharma LLP will issue an applicable refund of the order amount. The order amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days of applying a refund and the said order amount will be refunded in the buyer’s mode of payment.

Further, NO refunds will be applicable in the following cases:

The product is returned due to the inability of the buyer to accept the shipment after 3 delivery attempts.

Any event deems as a force majeure event.

The product(s) have been opened, used, or tampered with by the buyer.
